So for best dj program, what many before has mentioned, all comes down to your needs and which is able to accommodate them and be able to grow. If you want a much more creative approach, then Ableton is it, hands down. I don’t need to go in details on that one 
For a more standard approach, either Traktor or Serato. BUT Serato has more of an edge 😉
