Okay… So I want to try this:
[quote:2zgxtd9r]You can use audacity so long as the vocal is centered in the mix. Just split a stereo track into two mono tracks and invert one of them. This will get rid of the vocals if they are centred, you can then invert that track and mix it with a mono version of the song[/quote:2zgxtd9r]
I know how to invert the tracks and stuff to get rid of the vocals, and I’m sure I could easily make a mono file of the same song, but then it says "mix" the two of them. How would one go about mixing them together?

Play them at the same time maybe?
That’s it? Okay, thanks!
Yeah just put them both right nexto each other on a timeline for example making sure they’re exactly flush with each other
