SolutionParticipantDubstep is not my main kind of music i listen to,
but i must say, i like it pretty much
it sounds nice and dirty, but i miss some "tension" maybe a breakdown followed by a drop could be great for the feeling of the track.
and i miss a real climax…
overall i like the track, the bass is awesome!
i hope you like my feedback and you can use it.AdSense 336x280May 25, 2010 at 1:35 am #679721
junglist123ParticipantThanks, yeah the feedback is really appreciated,
yeah it defo needs a better breakdown and a bigger drop.
cheers

Matt90oParticipantVery nice drums to go with the Godfather guitar. Also nice effects on the guitar.
The intro bass could be a bit louder, I miss a bit of buildup and the drop is not that heavy. I like the idea however, all the instruments mix well together.

junglist123Participant[quote quote="Matt90o"]Also nice effects on the guitar.

Im glad u say that, its actually a synth i created entirely from scratch, not a sample guitar or anything, thats assuming u mean the main riff and not the obvious godfather sampled one…..
and thanks for the other feedback people.. always appreciated, anyone else – feel free to drop a comment 😉

BeamerCMWParticipantI’m not too familiar with dubstep myself but I personally really enjoyed that. One of my favorite movie themes of all-time and I think you did a good job with it. Keep it up.

Thanks beamer, feedback always appreciated, negatitive or positive (obviously i prefer positive like this one though!) if you like this one have a look for another track i worked on from a similar sample, i say similar, i mean its a sort of classical sample, known on radio 1 in uk as "the sad song" but originally from a romeo a juliet film in the 60’s
its on this channel http://www.youtube.com/user/originalbunglist
peace 😉
