I’m not going to use it (at all), but are there really any good bpm-counters out there? Like precise ones?
Thanks mate!

Thanks this is helpful, I am currently feeling my way around Ableton Live and it does most of it automatically but sometimes it works out the right tempo but offsets the downbeat. Any tips?

Tap Tempo if available
very nice!
tks
Nice postβ¦ I usually use a tap converter to get a rough idea but for a more specific look, I will throw the track (which already has a drums in it) into a DAW and loop it for 2-4 bars or so if it’s a track to make sure it loops properly at the tempo. For an acapella, it can be alot trickier so the best thing to do is to find the actual track (not just the acapella) and throw it into a DAW and loop it to see what tempo makes sense.
Great explanation!
