slimjimParticipantive recorded a mix in soundforge 5, ive inserted markers where the different tracks are ive gone to the special tab, then regions list, then hit change markers to regions, next i went to tools tab and extract regions, you then get a dialogue box to select where to save the tracks to.
This then save all the regions as individual tracks/wavs.I then went to Nero 6 to burn them to a cd (with zero seconds between tracks) Nero says it cant select the audio format?????
Can Nero deal with wavs? I noticed you can open wavs in Nero wave editor and then save them as wma’s etc, but you have to do each track, you cant select them all.Can anyone suggest an easier way than using the Nero wave editor, or can you change a setting in soundforge to save the extracted regions as wma’s?
Cheers in advance.

Nero wont open wavs
I can open the wavs in Nero wave, then save them as Wma’s, but there are 20 tracks in this mix, i did six this morning and it took about 25 minutes!
There must be a quicker and eaiser way

For what you are trying to do, no fannying about, just set the markers, remove the 2 second gap, and hit burn……easy!
No need for external burning software like Nero.
