Oooh, I think I know this!

Well, its not who I thought it was (Utah Saints) but I know I’ve got it somewhere!!
Goes to search through his entire collection!!
Found it (as it turns out didn’t need to search through whole collection, found it relatively quickly)! Your possibly thinking of "Friends of Matthew – Out There" which was released 98/99(ish).

Yay! Fanks Mr Shades Moderator Type Bloke. Knew I would know it as soon as someone told me. Somewhere in the bank of vinyl behind me resides the very same tune… nice, back to my megamashing
The actual ORIGINAL vocal sample comes from DEE DEE JACKSON – AUTOMATIC LOVER
I think it might be a reference to the Who’s Tommy.
Which goes, "See me, Feel me, Touch me, Heal me."
