Re-uploading in a Higher Quality?

I’ve currently got an a capella of Ellie Goulding’s Lights which is far clearer than the one currently available for download. I was wondering whether or not this counted as already in the collection and my re-uploading it would be a breach of the Uploading Rules or if I could still upload it.
