Hi,
I use Adobe Audition to extract vocals, time stretch them to make them either faster or slower and manually line them up as a wave, to incorporate into Reason 3.0.
It’s quite time consuming, but I’ve even managed to make a few REX files out of the vox I need with Recycle.
Most of the time I don’t have a problem, but I wonder what the guys in the major leagues are using to achieve this. I’ve got lots of ideas for new remixes of tunes and would love I could find an easier way to do it.
Sooooo…..how do you guys prefer to sync an extracted vocal up to your original track (especially if using Reason or Sonar Home Studio)
Cheers,
Corey
