I know T-Ray(Cypress Hill) made the beat but what was the original song he sampled sounds like James Brown but isn’t it was also in Coach Carter film

with a chicken scratch guitar about 124bpm

That’s just the dance sucka move sucka acapella from Renegades of Funk
The funky soul groove is still a mystery. but it was also sampled by the Japanese version of the Black Eyed Peas for their song "Funkastic"
they use a lot of Ultimate Breaks and Beats type samples so it can’t be too obscure. I’ll post the answer when I find it.
