Hi everyone!
I got an old school tune in mind, it was a jungle version of "sweet thing" by Chaka Khan. Or at least there was a sample of that song in it ("You are my heat – You are my fire – You make me weak with strong desire…")

Can anyone name it?

Yeah it’s DJ Gunshot – Wheel Up on No U Turn records. It’s a classic, I always thought the vocal was from Mary J Blige tho, does the Chaka Khan version have an acapella?

No U turn?! Must be one of the first tune on that label, cuz if i remember it’s around 94-95…
I don’t think there’s any acapella for the chaka version, if i find it, i’ll tell you.

Never heard the DJ Gunshot song but the Chaka Khan sample is from a song called Sweet Thing from the album Rufus featuring Chaka Khan. Great album I have it. I highly doubt there is a pella of this but if you find one make sure to upload it to the site.
