I thought this would be the best place to post!
Can anyone help me with producing warped/warper bass sound using reason (Subtractor or Malstrom).
I have done a few that sound ok, but I cant get what Im after.
If anyone has any advice or Patches, I would be very thankfull.

hey darren,
to get a warping noise in reason lod up the sample you want to warp and have a play with the attack levels, this make the note start faster or later, making it start later makes a warping sound. you could also try placing a note half a beat after a kick drum beat, this can give the illusion of a warped sound without actually warping at all.
also get some refils as there are planty of sick sounding patches out there just waiting to be played with
have fun with reason
Try a filter (this might be best off in audio chat?)
