Ian344ParticipantA song i made, using a small acapella from this site, all the rest is of my own production.
Wouldnt exactly know what genre it is, but i’m definitly influenced by House, and Bloghouse, such as MSTRKRFT and J.U.S.T.I.C.E
If you like crazy bass, then i hope you enjoy this.

djshadesukParticipantWell, that certainly surprised me. At first I thought it was a joke what with the ‘water droplet’ sounds and the cutting of the pella… But when that bass (filtered?) finally evolved into the final tuffer sound… Wow… Tuff as nails sound, very simple but very effective.
A couple of points though… Its a nice minimal beat but the kick and clap seem to be getting a little lost. If you can bring them up a little (only a little!) to match the tuff sound of the bass synth I think that would really drive the track along…
Also the continuous shaker that makes an appearance towards then end could do with being introduced earlier in the track just to break up the (little) repetativeness a little between each break. For example 8 bars without, eight bars with. Thats just my humble opinion though!
If you feel like lifting the kick and clap I think this could be one of those tracks that musically makes little sense (after all, it is just a synth, short vocal and beat but I really don’t mean that in a bad way!) but for some reason the sheer madness (I mean that in a good way too!) of it all really catches on with people! Mad tracks allow people to be silly, dance how they want and really let go! Producers can try being all clever and layer this, that and the other but its often the simplest of things that catches people attention!
Good stuff!
EDIT: Any chance of uploading a higher bitrate MP3? The compression noise from the 128kbps MP3 conversion makes the track almost unlistenable (when listened to with WinAMP and a half decent pair of speakers!)
