DJ ValParticipantI’ve recently switched to Kasperspy from Norton. I am finding the program more efficient than Norton where as it seems to be picking up a lot more spyware etc.
I do have a question. Every now and then I keep getting a pop up from Kasperspy reading this:-[color color=red:2d42zmfj]Process C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe (PID: 1660) is trying to send data through trusted process.
Destination:
http://dbs.imageshack.us/db_api/publicvoicemailapi.phpData:
Content-type: text/xml
Content-length: 213[/color:2d42zmfj]
Does anyone no what this means? Please.
Also it gives me the options of "Quarantine", "Allow" or "Deny". I’ve been selecting "Quarantine", but this closes all my internet pages that I may have open. As I mentione I have had this message quite often. I’ve tried reading the user/help guide but can’t seem to find anything on this.
Your advise would be so appreciated. Thanks
Take care

2ndNatureParticipantKaspersky carefully monitors your internet activity, both download & upload activity. Clearly you have some form of adware hidden on ur system which is sending data through internet explorer to that particular website. Be sure your signatures are up to date & perform a system scan.
It would also be a good idea to disable your internet connection when performing the system scan as adware, spyware & malware can pass undetected with the aid of internet connectivity.
