without distorting vocals?
without distorting vocals?
depends on how the vocal was recorded. Take Madonna’s song Jump. Some one found a way to extract the vox. And with some eq and manipulation, some djs actually made mixes with a great sounding acapella. You would never have known it wasn’t the original
so what you’re saying is that it’s highly unlikely but … if it is then you wouldn’t know untill you attempt to pull the vox
no i dont think so, too bad huh
Perfect vocal extration is ofcourse not possible due to the problem of only having a single audio stream. Its not like programs have the ability to discriminate voxs from beats! You can come close by softening certain pieces of the track and toying with the Eq but if the vocalists are singing a wide range of pitchs, forget about it. Attempts to suck out those type vocals ussally end up with a wavy sounding final product.
its like mixing paint
u cnt remix it
