How do you download?

Maybe I just am having a hard time navigating this site, but I can’t seem to find any real downloads. The closest I got was a link to some outside website that has mostly drum loops and soundclips… Multiple times I’ve been directed the same "How to download" page but it doesn’t actually explain how to get to the files.. Help?
