cant say i like the ying yang twins at all, and this pella really sucks! but i think ive breathed a lil life into it,…
im more a fan of hip hop with lyrics than this kinda stuff, and it does seem very reppetitive so i thought id give it some more interest by switching the instrumentals every so often.

anyways i hope u like….

cheers for the feeback yall, i have to agree i know there are small glitches where the pella drifts off beat, but to be honest it got to a point where id chopped it up so much and spent a while putting it to the instrums to try and get it to work that i was sick to death of hearing the ying yang voices anymore!!!!

as far as i know that instrum is ma$e (1st one) or at least thats what its labelled as on my copy, though i think it was from the bad boy era, where puffy was reworking every classic 80s song, so the loop is probably a well known track from that era too?

anyways, thanks for the feedback everyone, and good luck to those still to drop theirs,

i hope everyone else tackling this song thinks the same about it, as i feel like the count on sesame street rapping is more apealling than the ying yang twins at this moment!! lol

I have EricB in the lead so far. Definitely the most creative, and right on beatmatch wise. Look forward to hearing Prequel’s!

And that is most definitely a Mase beat, but I believe it is actually a recreation of some old tune. I know one of the beats from that album/era with P Diddy was a Bowie tune, can’t remember what this one was.

There are a couple of timing issues, if you listen close, near the beginning. Mainly because it was so hard to fit to the beat. Other than that, I’m still bouncin to this mix. Hope ya’ll like it.

another nice mix,… it dont think this seems to have the energy the pella commands, thats why i switched up the instrum every so often. that said i dont actually know what the original sounded like

Thanks for the feedback guys, good to hear that some of you like my remix.

vice verses, i used acid pro and the effect is a echoe effect on a quarter note…i played around with delay timing (decay and dry/wet) to get it the way i wanted.

Hope that helps man.
