Is there anyone that can help me out. I`m new to this djing thing so i got myself two CDJ1000’s Mk2 type but have been having difficulties in using em. How do i record samples, cue using the hot cue function and finally what else can i do with them?

A wee tip m8. If your new to djing FORGET all the gizmo’s and gadget’s on the CDJ100’s and just consentrate on the basic feature’s. Learning to beat match, alter pitch etc is your main objective first. Once you master this start messing about with the goodies!

it’ll help you loads. I still refer to it now even though i’m not so much a beginner anymore
Also http://www.recess.co.uk is excellent for beginner dj’s too.
If you got a manual with them, read it. If not, download one from the Pioneer website.
Dont forget to turn the ‘A Cue’ on by holding down the ‘Time’ button.
