If you’re talking about sped up house with really gay melodies then the answer is no, hell no – But hardcore as in intense drum beats, sick melodies, & ripping vocals….yes I think its necessary to have atleast a couple of fast or really dirty sounding tracks on a project so all the songs dont sound the same & you get a flow of emotion out of the arrangement of the songs.

I like hardcore even been a few raves.
The old type was good, but anyone heard the new hardcore.
i purchased a recent cd pack n the Dj sy disc was unreal. Real cachy tunes n just sounds well manufactured. just abit to fast though…

Hi everyone im new here,just thought to let you know ive been playing hardcore music for about 12 years now and it as really changed in the past few years and i really still love the music and the scene.I also started producing hardcore and recentley me and my mate got signed to flyin and sparkys label F.A.S.T Music.The track is called Skinny & Bundy-Lets’s Get Dirty and will be out this early summer.

Been listening to all my old Rotterdam gabba records, and I’m wondering: if I liked early 90s Rotterdam stuff, who would you recommend I check out nowadays? (Haven’t kept up with the scene at all! Just feeling nostalgic for some 180bpm stuff…)

I used to produce hardcore. nobody used to like it tho. dont really know why. twas probably too hardcore for their soft puny minds
