open loop browser (eye symbol)
audition loops by clicking on them. Then click and drag into new track.
Click on top right corner of loop until curser changes to horshoe then drag loop to desired length.
Or just drag loop into workface and it will create track.

I only wanted the dance one but this seems to have them all – sit tight though because its about 2.2 GB for all ov em together
