Hi, I’m not as active on this forum as I used to be, but I figured I’d share my latest remix with you guys.

This one’s a bit rockier than my usual style, but I thought it matched with the rugged lyrics of El-P, and I didn’t like the original so I wanted to improve upon it.

The beat is built upon a really sweet bass sample, and then I added my own electric guitar, drums and some sound effects. I also tried to incorporate some elements from other rock songs for the chorus to match the concept.

Funky fresh maa dude, this is hot, lyrics go well with the beat, good guiatr playing sounds on point…check out my stuff kinda simmilar.
