Does anyone know what beat this is from? I think it’s from the NWA or Run DMC. Old School.

ChooParticipantThanks but I said I was looking for the beat, lol. I know about the lyrics, cause this is a remix track.

Something about the producer and a "made you look" beat in there.

GMoneyParticipantK actually, I think it could be public enemy… is this the Dirty Harry mix?
AdSense 336x280August 26, 2006 at 1:37 am #597006
ChooParticipantThanks man, I though it was Public Enemy, but this is from the Dirty Harry tape. Do you have any of the Public Enemy instrumentals in that track? Those beats are hot.
And I think this from Easier Said Than Done, just sped up a lot.

davefjParticipantHi there.
The interlude that you’ve posted is the intro of "Welcome to the Terrordome" by Public Enemy. It was on "Fear of a black planet" (track 5)
It’s most likely to come from some old funk record previous to PE using it, and in regards that, I can’t help sorry.

Thank you very much mate, it was in the very beginning of the track. Lmao, if I only listened to the original earlier. Thanks again Dave.

The old school Hip Hop song that sampled those horns
Public Enemy – "Welcome to the Terrordome" 1990
