DJ Baba LouParticipantI moved down south (Florida) from NY. And just like most New Yorkers I hated dirty south. I thought (Like a fool) that all the good music came out of NY. Ludacrist was the 1st dirty south rapper that I was feeling. Lil Wayne is good, but to me it’s got to be Luda…

chaosukParticipantLuda is probably the easiest dirty south rapper to start listenin to.
I started listenin to him thn i got into T.I and Lil Wayne.

ronniedigitalParticipantPIMP-C hands down!! If you know your stuff, then you can peep that most rappers that are out nowadays copy his style, and were probably raised on UGK like myself

kaliwest777ParticipantANDRE 3000, he has been killin shit lately (hollywood divorce, what a job, international players…) & he can produce with diverse styles, like he rhymes, ask Lil Wayne, he’ll agree!
No disrespect to the other rappers y’all mentioned, but Andre 3000 paved the way for them since 1992 & coming back strong as ever!!!

WHOISHIMParticipantLil’ Wayne= "Best Rapper Alive!!"

DJXL17ParticipantScarface, Ludacris, and Chamillionaire
AdSense 336x280May 31, 2007 at 9:58 am #623481
dj_abdParticipantTo be perfectly honest, i can’t stand most dirty south, but the best southern rapper is SCARFACE hands down. Ludacris is hott, as are Andre 3000 and to a far lesser extent Paul Wall.

red518irishParticipantI do not like the dirty south, but I do like outkast. So they are the best in my opinion

I’m glad somebody has a lil sence in here. Lil’ Wayne? T.I.? Jeezy? you cats are killin’ me son. They are what’s hot now b/c lyricism in hip hop is a bit of a challenge for the ever so dumbing population.
AdSense 336x280June 22, 2007 at 10:36 pm #626496
goorackParticipantLudacris, T.I. and Lil Wayne.

djflash05ParticipantLuda, best punchlines…TI most complete songs!
AdSense 336x280August 1, 2007 at 12:51 pm #630239
brapkoParticipantLuda… overall.
AdSense 336x280August 2, 2007 at 7:09 pm #630357
phenomenonParticipantIt’s a toss up between T.I or Andre 3000
AdSense 336x280September 12, 2007 at 10:23 pm #633560
dedtonyParticipantWillie D…for CONTENT…Dude talks on real shit…Some bling braggin’ in there, but
more reality than anything…His flow ain’t that bad either…In terms of flow strictly here…
Ludacris/Outcast/T.I./Bun B in a multiple tie…To me the whole Paul Wall scene (Mike Jones and the crew there) sucks…Nice beats but NO or repetitive content…
and Lil Wayne? REALLY? I gave up on Cash Money way back…They had some awesome beats but couldn’t rap worth much…I heard Lil Wayne’s newer stuff takes on more of a Jay-Z flow…He’s gettin mad props here…Might have to give his newer shit a listen…
AdSense 336x280September 13, 2007 at 5:48 am #633578
BeauZayParticipantAndre 3000 and WeeZy no doubt
