Jev/NParticipantM-Audio Firewire 4-10 is great…mate has one but they’re pricey!

vvaveinParticipantI heard bout Creative Audigy 2 ZS Notebook. That`s a PCMCIA sound device. Seems to me, that’s the very good alternative. Cheers

djbsteeParticipantEcho indigo IO is really good i heard. If you just want something better than your onboard sound, i’d get the soundblaster audigy zx2
both have asio drivers so they have low latency in cubase or ableton.

Hitman*DDubParticipantI use the Soundblaster audigy zx2 pcmcia card. It has both digital and analog i/o’s. The sound output is nice and it comes with a surround sound attachment.

Where are you looking for right now?
Something similar or is a stand-alone soundcard also one of your options?I’m using the Digidesign M box 2, also available in a slightly stripped version (M box2-mini), wich is more effortable offcourse.
You might take a look at the specifications of that one, I can only say that I’m really happy with it.AdSense 336x280 -
