its a tune from Tony Terry, got the 12" with the acapella. I made a remix of this in 1991 using the "rocking to the groovy beat" sample.

Ill look for the the 12", rip it and upload it here.

Yes indeedy, the origin is Tony Terry – Young Love.
It’s been sampled by loads of tracks, including: D.O.P. – Groovy Beat; Convert – Rockin’ To The Rhythm; 2D – Hymn; Sound De-Zign – Happiness.
