Guys,

I tried to get this ID’ed a little while ago however I didnt have much of the lyrics. Now, I have heard it again and wrote down the lyrics.

Roger Sanchez used to use this acapella every now and then.

Yes I know the first portion of the lyrics are the same as ‘R-Kelly – I believe I can fly’ but it is not that.

The below lyrics are in the same voice as ‘Eddie Amador – Rise’. A very strained screaming style of speech:

Sounds like the dude just mashed the 2 songs…with certain software, you can edit vocals to make them sound like someone else is singing. Im sure this doesnt really help much, so try doing a lyrics search on google. Almost always works for me
