If so:

During this whole Zango fiasco, I hit the download button a total of 3 or 4 times, I think. The last time would have worked for me, except each attempted download of mine took 2 download credits, leaving me with 0 to download my file with. So currently I have no download credits. It would be nice if you would restore these credits, thanks 😉
