question

Hey….I finally got the thing to work but the first three didn’t have anything in them….It might have been my fault….I didn’t know if it was working and opted to play them while they tried to download….I saw the file on my desktop…but it was only 1KB ….there was no file…….Now I have to wait until next month….Huh? How do you lift the limit?
