Backing up music

Hey Everyone,

I had a question about backing up your tunes and such. I want to backup all my songs but I’m not sure how to do it and also back up the configurations of my sequencers. I have Reason 4, FL Studio 7 and Sonar 6. What do I do about saving all my VSTs and stuff like that so if my computer ever breaks I can get everything back together with the least amount of aggravation. Thanks!
