Very sad news indeed

This was by far the best acapella site on the net, and I was realy happy to donate from time to time for such a goog service.

I can’t believe this!

Seems a massive shame. Can’t the site stay, or someone upload it to another server, and just scrap the downloads? Would be easy enough just to share acapellas on p2p if people were desperate?

Or, another idea:

All those that really want to acapellas could put say 20 quid in the post and you lot could send them DVD’s of them?

Means acapellas and bio_ are quids in, and also those acapellas aren’t just lost!!

Just me 2 cents…

available, since they only get hundreds of
potentially commercial remixes made for FREE!

Sending acapellas on DVD’s means even more problems, come on!

It IS still copyrighted material we are talking about here, even if acapellas IS a thin line, and most labels don’t take any action on bootlegs etc. (if they don’t sell thousands and thousands of copies)

So it’s all understandable that Acapella and _bi0 choose to close it before things got really bad.

Wow. I’m currently listening to Poj Masta’s cutup of Renegades of Funk, only the way it was mixed, “funk” sounds like a certain other word that begins with ‘f’, instead, and that word is repeated frequently. It very much describes what I’m feeling right now.
