Posting help!!

Hi guys, last few days I’ve been trying to upload my tracks using the file attachment option, It worked for my first 2 tracks but now I can’t get it to work!!
I click browse choose the file then click preview but only get my post text, no downloadable file, I try it again then it says upload quota limit reached, what I am I doing wrong???
Its not a problem hosting else where but I like the fact you can see how many times the file has been downloaded.

thanks for the info, but even when I try to upload a single say 4mb track it just doesn’t appear in the post, only after i try a couple of times its say quota limit reached so the file is being uploaded but not showing in the preview, strange!
