Melodies are pretty catchy. The synth starting at 3:45 is nice but why it comes in so late?

Unharmony of main lead and the second lead at 2:45 is a bit disturbing.

For me this sounds more trance than dance. In this context the hihats are way too traditional. Some percussions would cheer up the beat. Kick drum needs some spiciness as well. Levels tweaked and some hihats mixed in, say. There’s a kick drum with capital K in Tiesto’s – Agadio for strings, for example.
