I donated 30 dollars last week, my 2nd time donating, and still have 0 available downloads. Do I have to wait until August 1 and will I have more than just the 5 monthly downloads since I donated again?

Download credits are renewed after 30 days of the file being downloaded.
Donations do not increase downloads.

No, donating only enables you to see the BPM and screen previews.
