Need to say that this mix was the hardest shit to mix cause pac raps too good for that beat. He uses every gap of the original beat so it was hard to make him sound on this.
Next production will be a jazzy version for DJ Scholar’s 2 Pac – Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto.

Hey Bro,

I am in two minds about this remix!! I like the beat but I am undecided if Tupac works over the top….. I am sure after I have listened to it a few times I will think it works!!! Your remixes always grow on me…. lol

Its not your best mix but its still a solid project!!! I would expect noting else from Puente!!

Thx a lot for ya review. I’m, myself split about this. When i first listened to this i hated it but then i fixed a lil here and a lil there. and now i really like the song. Specially in car it sounds good.
Its like i said. Pac uses every "tenth part" of the original beat. My beat is not as dynamic as the original, so it sounds off beat sometimes. Will pull out some stronger mixes in the next weeks

yea im of the same thought here, kinda cant make my mind up as to wether i like it or not!!, really like your beats though as u already know!!, only thing is they dont have give u a headache after a while of listening to them with all that low end bass!!
ill definitely listen to this again, and i think it works. if anything sounds off though id say it was the outlaws verse, but im just being hyper critical!

I wasnt really around for when Tupac was big, so I havent been much of a fan but I love the guitar sound you made on this, it sounds tight with 2pacs flow Great remix puente your stuff is always great keep it up man.
