I use them too but they are the most ANAL
a**holes on the planet. I spent an hour making a helpful submission and they reject it for using the wrong punctuation on a small insignificant part of the submission! f em

It drives me crazy waiting months for a submission to get denied for the littlest things. It seems like the people who accept or deny them should be able to just fix it rather than having to put all that info in again.
