Do you have a good workflow? I use Cubase and one of the things that kills creativity is having to do "computing" or otherwise putting in hours of "work" before you even get to the music making part. How do you load samples? I’m looking for a simple and quick way to load a few kicks, snares, etc and map them to the Padkontrol, then start drumming away while the right brain is still on, then record that shit and boom – awesome track.

AdSense 336x280i have a korg padkontrol. I would ‘nt say it helps me very much on making music. It is better to use for live performance though
