I don’t literally mean how to put two together put how to Master a mash up and mix it down once you have your idea? I know there is more than just throwing an acapella over a instrumental and adjusting volumes.
I’ve made a lot of mash-ups but none professionally, posted one of my mixes a while back and I’m finally wanting to do them a little cleaner.
Any tips would be great.

id like to hear some tips too.. i use virtual dj to record the mix but id like to find a way to smooth out some parts and add more effects usin somethin other than audacity
I just look for my BPM IN Virtual DJ not saying this is the rigth way because there are songs that go together where the BPMS are totally off. FOr example if my BPMin V DJ is 180 for the instrumental I look for an accapella that is 60 (+/-3) BPM or in the ball park try it see if it works….. hey where do you guys get really new acapellas it sems like no one sends them out from the record companies anymore thats why they aren’t on the net and I’m not a Dj so I don’t have the hook up
