Watch loads of dvds, in fact any media you can as that is how I’ve built up my library of samples. Managed to get some fairly obscure bits of dialogue that I’ve been able to use whilst playing out.
If you have a Mac or FL Studio you can use the built in voices as a TTS option. Run these through the music software of your choice to enhance them.

Are you talking about a voice saying your DJ name so you can advertise? I know a lot of people that do this and they ususally make a recording of a robotic voice using a sampler. Then you can put effects on it or manipulate it anyway you want.
