As DJ Schmolli pointed out elsewhere, (and Dan confirmed), there’s a problem with the acapella being a bit too much to one side. I didn’t pick up on that, but my software / hardware might not be the best. (Not too sure about my ears either, actually.
)When I made the mash, I split the stereo vox into two channels and I did a tiny time-shift on one of them, to open up the stereo effect a bit. That seems to have produced this problem maybe.
I’m goin’ back in….

I’ve done two tweaks with the acapella as suggested elsewhere.
In the first one (mix 2) I’ve tried to tighten and equalize the stereo so it plays at the same level in both channels, but I’m not sure if it worked.
In the second one (mix 3), the acapella is mono.
I’ll replace my original mashup with "mix 2" if it worked, but like I said i can’t tell – so any help here will be [i:22fe0gcp]very very much appreciated!
