Does anyone, by chance, know an editing program in which I can time-stretch (i.e. speed up, or slow down) a video?
Tryin' to incorporate videos into my mixes now.
Thanks in advance,

Almost every program allows you to do that.
Quality is the question though. Most clips are at 25fps (frames per second) so you cant get like real slow motion but you get something similar due to frame drop.
Another way to get kinda nice effect is to blend frames (many apps does it automaticly).
If your using Vegas then its set automaticly but must remember that slow motion depend on frame rate!
Like i said many clips recorded with an ordinary cam has default of 25 fps. So if you want something like bullet time you gotta have High speed cam (used in crash tests 1000fps)
So to answer your question. Yes many apps has that option. |
