| gota digi001 system never used in the original box. Its came with a Mac and PC version of Protools LE. Make an offer. Protool LE software would probably require a fee to upgade. |

The thread originator said he wanted to buy a Protools LE cheap. Another reply said he needs to consider an inteface. There is ProTools LE in the Digi001 (an interface); he can make a offer. Que paso de hickjacking and claim jumping. The originator asked for asked for ProTools LE and I responded to his request that he could buy the never used Digi001 rig.
Wrt putting [selling] on the note subject, if thats not the proper protocol when replying to the intial request to buy something, then no biggie; I won't use [selling] when someone askes to buy something.
I never heard the term highjack wrt a forum, although I seldom use forums. What is really the issue? What are people doing that upsets the membership? Some kind of predatory practices? Nefarious folks off loading inventory like this was their business venture or folks hogging response threads and drowning out the originator? I thought I was being friendly and responsive. |

I suggest you have a good read of the Holy Grail and FAQ's, and grit your teeth and take a few seconds before you rant and rave. Communication is everything within Forums/Boards/t'internet, and it helps people judge you better if something you write cannot be interpreted in such a way as to cause a negative impression of yourself.
To add, it appears I have done you a favour by creating a new topic, as it appears you definately want to sell. So, members will now see your advert for a Digi001 in box, never used with Protools LE rather than pro tools le half-way through a thread/topic.
If you wish for this Topic to remain, then please reply within 18 hours or it maybe deleted.  I doubt it as 2... is the magic number. |
