All I could find in our HOLY GRAIL (rules sticky post in the forum rules section) was

1. * The administrator of acas4u has an "Uploads Waiting" section. This shows us every single detail of upload activity. What's pending approval etc. The administrator's options are to "Credit/Delete/Rename or Ban". Once he/she's had time to go through the complete list of uploads he/she then manually needs to establish an FTP connection to acas4u server, then move the Uploads to the correct area within the collection. Uploads are normally dealt with within 2-5 working days. Please do not create posts asking where your credits are!

It doesn't explain your question fully but I guess I'm here to say well that's how the overall backend works and the actual ACAPELLA LIST up the top in the navigation is updated in the early hours of each morning.
There is a date at the very bottom of the file (I think).
