What is it mean? I dont get it thou.. Give me some explanation, please!

I think this is more for the samples and loops, stuff like you'd find on a sample library or battle record..

please upload the scratchaholics series.. there;s tons of djtool series on vinyl - come on, get busy rippin' + uppin

It seems that people are uploading dj tools into the pella section. Was this the idea?
Isn't this just going to flood that section with random sound effects, stabs and loops that people upload purely to get points?
And, will we be able to listen to these before we download? I'd hate to waste my precious download limit on a 'car screetch' or 2 second sample when I thought it was something else.

Honestly, I think the pella section should be left alone and a new tools section set up.

We do have a seperate section at the bottom of the acapella downloads that is allocated to DJ Tools. We also do have a preview facility whereby you are able to listen to part of any file, before you actually download it.

We do appreciate it when members do point out any errors they might find such as duplications, misnamed files etc, there is a report "tab" where you can report such issues.

Past co-operation or lack of was just that, past. The DJ Tools section is a new section to the site. Most of us dj's no exactly what tools we would all like to use. So people be true to yourself and fellow members and share only decent samples worth having.

Btw I'm in the process of sorting out some dj tools that I think everyone is going to enjoy, it's about 46MB worth. Volume 1 to 10 each volume averaging 4 minutes. Should have them uploaded by the end of tonight.

First, no staff member told you to 'shut up', only acapella and what he says ultimately goes, and that includes the 'staff'.

Second, the decision of whether a DJ Tool is 'royalty free' or not is at the discretion of acapella, because any liability is most likely with acapella who has the right to say yes or no.

Third, there is no agenda hidden or otherwise within acapellas4u's staff & admin to 'snub' you or any contributions made by yourself.

Finally, if you have any issue with regards to your previous posts, I would strongly suggest you consult a member of staff so we are able to consult with acapella while he does the very fine job of doing the things we take advantage of.

Thank you, and I hope we can back to 'DJ Tools' being uploaded and discussed as to how & what.

Good call on the "Scratchaholics" series! Chock full of goodies. As well as the Darth Fader and Paul Nice ... DJ Tools is just what we needed. We'll all get the remaining dj-tools seperated from the regular lot; this is going to take this site into a new direction ... schwing!

^^^ I'd love em to be the whole side of the record. Cutting up the samples just wastes downloads, and why not let the people getting them for free do the work. I uploaded entire sides of the records, and I hope other people do the same. No more breaking glass one-shots. That's people getting over on the site in my opinion.

Kamikaze. hopefully in time and with members' feedback we can define clearer rules and yes, I'm in agreeance with exactly what you said.
