you know what i seem to find hilarious is the fact that ever since the begining of time no one knows how they put the m's on M&m's i would love to know how they do that. |

The history of the M& M takes us way back to the Spanish civil war. During this time, an man named Forrest Mars Sr. was on his way to Spain. On his way he encountered soldiers eating small chocolates coated in a hard sugar coating. The coating prevented the candy from melting, thus making a perfect treat for any climate. Inspired by what he saw, Mr. Mars invented the 1st M&M chocolate candies. In 1941 the candies were first sold in stores and became a huge success. They were first sold in a cardboard tube as a military snack and then later in the brown pouch that we see today. The M on the candy that we see today was not printed until 1950 and for a while was black and not white.
There's a special machine that was invented for the sole purpose of printing little M's on candy. WoW
Every once in awhile you can find someone to give you all of their W's |
