Here's my entry for the competition, i'm not really as experienced as some here in making good tracks but i'm learning more each time i have a go

No need to feel embarassed about this one, good production. Really liked the beginning but then the cheesy rhodes come in! I'd get rid of them completely and maybe change up the drums a bit more to keep it moving.

I agree with Dan, the percussion at the beginning is fantastic but those Rhodes or whatever they are are to abrupt for my liking.

That track is cool! Smilie_PDT I didn't hear any cheesy rhodes, but there were these funny reversed samples in there at 1.46 that seemed a bit weird, I liked the scratching at the beggining:)

I think it needed more to keep interest and also more use of the samples provided Smilie_PDT I think the kinda d'n'b style bass line needed to develope more into a really melodic kinda thing aswell. Smilie_PDT Nice entry though Smilie_PDT

thanks tim, great feedback, The wierd sound at 146 is a sytrus pad (poly prop) i added it to give the tune some trippy sound to break it up somewhat

hey man.. the song is ok. not sure the extra vox works. and the bass seems to have been cut off or missing...
