Hersimp's House Chart-> :::Top 10 April:::
01- Christian Alvarez - Holdin On (Amaan Hirshee & Jeff Daniels Remix)
Funky monster from Gossip Records' new sampler
02- Eddie Thoneick & Kurd Maverick - Love Sensation (Eddie Thoneick's Sensation Remix)
Smashing remake of Loleatta Holloway's tune ''Love Sensation'', from back in the 70's
The vocals in that tune are also sampled in Black Box's ''Ride On Time''
03- Timmy Vegas & Andy Daniell - Disco s**t (Sandy Rivera & Andy Daniel Back2Black Part 2 Remix)
This is a tunage. Damn dirrrrty with a smooth retro twist
04- Simmons & Christopher - Just The Way (Original Mix)
Funky, vocal tune... I can sence a hit potentional on this one
05- Tokyo feat. Siobhan - Love Come Down
Remake of Evelyn 'Champagne' King's 80's Classic
Fantastic tune
06- Ron Carroll feat. Jjah - Weak (Original Mix)
A real beauty from Carrol this time
07- Infernal - From Paris To Berlin (Hoxton Whores Remix)
Hate the original sooo much, but this remix is a great piece
the ''Whores'' have turned this one out to be a much better version
The United Nations remix is okay too, but a little boring and cheesy for me
08- Sugababes - Red Dress (B1 Dennis Christopher Vocal Mix)
Really cool remix by the man, D.C
09- Armand Van Helden - My My My (2006 Stonebridge Remix)
Was never a big fan of the original, but mista Stoney have given
this one some refreshment
10- HT Funk - Into The Groove
Nice remake of Madonna's 80's hit ''Into The Groove''
I really like it now, but I have a feeling that it's a kinda tune you'll quickly get tired of, hehe |

Hersimp very nice selection.
There seems to be a group of us that really do have the same great taste in music. There's some awesome music out at the moment. I just hope it continues for many months to come. |

As expected a really great chart mate!
It was really close that I had the Hoxton Whores remix of Paris to Berlin on my chart as well. It's really cool and much better then any other remix of the track. I agree on the Uniting Nations remix is all too chessy and "euro" sounding.
Haven't heard your number 1 though, gotta get a hold of that one asap.
Great to have the little mini reviews under the tracks too, I will probably do that next time, thanks for the idea! |

Great chart Hersimp, every track better than the other
Totally agree with u on the Hoxton whores mix, got i little tired from the Infernal vocal but thats the only mix i actually liked.
Ill try get a hold on the Eddie Thoneick mix, havent heard it yet, the only one that i liked so far is the Hi-tack mix. |

Great Chart Hersimp!!
I agree Hoxton Whores churn out a rather good remix of "Paris to Berlin" - way better than original anyway.
Love Sensation is smashing dancefloors here in London!
Haven't heard all the tracks before, will have a listen!
The Stonebridge mixes of "My My My" sound promising...are there promo's flying around?
If so I'm off to my local record store!!!
Lastly, there's no way Michael Gray's "Borderline" came out a year ago, the promo's were released very earliest January 2006.
Full Intention played it in their set around October 2005 at Pacha, London.
...Just had to clear that up |

This one is'nt out on promo yet...
I got it from a DJ friend that received it on a ''pre-promo'' thing
Don't know when the release date is, or when it's out on promo
Might be a while for all I know

That's right mate... I must have thought of another tune when I said that.
Sorry, hehe... My bad
Anyway, I got the original mix back in september.
Even though the official release date was in March this year. And the promo in January, as you said
btw, you know that Michael Gray is one half of Full Intention? (Along with Jon Pearn)
That's the reason why you heard it for the first time in a Full Intention set ;) |

If you can Stomper, that would be great.
All I know is that it's coming out on Southern Fried Records but would like to hear this...it's gonna be hard for Stonebridge to improve on the original mix! |
