Saw there wern't any speed garage producers on this forum so i've decided to upload sommet i'm working on, it fits in with the current speed garage and uplifting remixes doing the rounds at the mo..

All comments greatly appreciated....

Cheers

so thats what speed garage is!

cool track though. I really like it, apart perhaps from the section around 2:20 --> 2:45. Not quite sure why, the track just doesnt seem to 'gel' as well as the rest of it. Ignore me if this is what speed garage is often like, you may have gathered its not my normal genre Smilie_PDT

Good work

Andy

i like the vocal sampling and the piano type elements were also tight. good dance track. i liked the part that Andymantell was talking about from 2:20 to 2:45 other than i would add more reverb to the 'whoosh' going into it and bring in the elements a little slower to separate it more as a breakdown and make it flow easier. but also like Andy, i do have a hard time distinguishing garage from house/club music. thats probably cause garage is a UK originated genre and i listen to mostly breakz......and judging by the word 'speed' garage, i guess it's s'posed to move fast like that.

Gotta say a massive thanx 2 everyone that has commented on this track, gotta say a few things to the people wondering about it being speed garage.......

It's along the basis of the speed garage remixes coming out at the moment making use of older accapellas and giving them a new bouncier feel. they have a different feel to the classic speed garage tunes that came out back in the 90's such as well known commercial speed garage such as rip groove 187 lockdown's tunes etc....

speed garage is slightly faster and 'bouncier' to its garage counterpart the biggest name in speed garage at the mo being a girl called Big Ang who is massive in the scene...

Anyway ive got another 10 odd tracks im gonna upload and put samples on here as it seems people on this forum are interested...

Theres 2 tunes in the dance section and i'll upload my garage remix of superman in the week....

Cheers again

Camma.

Bling, get the Synth1 nordlead plugin (free!) + the extra banks package:
http://www.geocities.jp/daichi1969/softsynth/index.html

it's full of presets of garage bass and organs ;)
