Asuming you dont have a virus call troj_yg or any of it’s D.S.O.B famely!?! uninstall then re-install the cat driver-Ooops mouse driver i mean. if still poping… try close all program and check… if stop poping in this stage open program one by one untill find the mutneer setup. if still poping ufter all program close…open task manger and try to check what is runing then press the processes tab and check how much each program take maybe you will find unwelcome passanger like some program that are’nt virus so anti virus don’t block them but they are still anoying…. I once got some of those program after taking a look on “Baby got Boobs” porno site (Only wanted to check how my best frinde syster is doing 
) that program tryed to connect me to a long distance call! lucky for me the boat connected with wireless LAN satcom but it a wile to find it.
