Well, I havent tried this yet, but they SAY it works incredibly well and can produce acapellas AND instrumentals. Scroll through a bunch of the posts and you'll see where the developer posts the link to the UPDATED version.

Like I said, make sure you scroll down further in the thread...the developer updated the plugin to provide acapellas AND instrumentals.

Yeah I agree. It will never provide a "pure" one, but hopefully something sort of close that can then be eq'd. I'll give it a try too

quite good for removing the vocal but not as effective at isolating it

| well if it is realy good for making instrumentals then u can use that instrumental with knockout. if so it would be great. note i am still looking for a program that will help me isolate the vocals to get a good instrumental. so acapellas can become alot better qaulity. |
