Hi Folks,

Haven't put a vocal on this yet as I haven't found one that fits.

Any comments on the track or ideas for what acapella might fit?

10mb Version:

4mb Version:

cheers

Andy

Cheers

I guess I kinda felt like seeing as I was posting it here I needed an excuse for the lack of vocals

I tend to just let myself loose on the keys if I can't find a vocal to fit!

Thanks

Andy

Thanks a lot DJ snaz, very much appreciated

What did I use? ok, here we go....

I use FLstudio as my sequencer and then the following things also:

Keys:
Steinberg 'The Grand' Vst
AAS Lounge Lizard
Imageline FLKeys

Bass was played by me on a yamaha bb604 through a h/w tube compressor.

the Harp (yes it is in there!) was a soundfont.

and as far as effects go, the only noteworthy ones are smartelectronix Ambience for reverb, Blockfish for compression and Retro Delay. The rest I just used FL native ones.

Glad you liked it, I've been getting some good feedback on this one elsewhere as well and it's very encouraging. Certainly inspires me and makes me want to do more...

Thanks a lot,

Andy

Hell, if this track was on the market, i'll buy it!

You should length out your break at the 2:37 - 2:54 mark. Add something that would spice it up.
