Stanton knows the kind of punishment that a stylus and cartridge must survive. Stanton knows how critical back-cueing is in mixing and how much tracking force is practical for accurate performance. With the dedication of inventing a top of the line cartridge for high performance playback, Stanton created the Trackmaster Series... A cartridge that combines high-precision tracking and back-cueing performance with long-wearing durability. For precise tracking and back-cueing performance, my AL-1 Stylus carries a spherical, super high-polished diamond.

Stay On Track!

i use the ortofon concorde pro E with the eleiptical stylus it fits down in the groove better and has better sound due to tracking becasue of that. they do wear quicker and will dig any dirt from a groove so you have to clean the records first or major dust bunnies collect
